TAKING ADVANTAGE OF THE SYNERGY
Integrated within the Production Complex of BRILEN/NOVAPET in Barbastro, and thanks to the modern production and research and development installations found in the factory itself, the potential of the Technical Yarns Plant grows, simply because it shares enormous synergy with the production environment which is highly specialized in the treatment of polyester from its chemical conception (NOVAPET has a production capacity of 260.000 t. annually) to its final application, benefiting naturally from great knowledge, both when producing and when developing made-to-order solutions for our customers, which, if it were not located in the production unit itself, would be unthinkable.

QUALITY AND FLEXIBILITY
These installations, with one-step technology, with a productive capacity of the order of 5,000 t./year, provide us, at the same time, with sufficient productive size and flexibility to attend to the needs of our customers, viewing our presence in this market with vocation to provide quick and flexible service to our customers, taking advantage of our size to offer efficient answers to rapidly changing environments; our installations, as well as including two spinning lines, with a production range from 550 to 4,400 dtex, also consist of two twisting lines with a capacity of 1,500 t./year and other auxiliary equipment for winding and folding, having a highly automated and robotized process, thus supporting its reliability.
